  4. Barramundi

    Time had a great article about fish and fish farming recently - very informative!  One type of farmed raised fish that is considered to be a good choice environmentally is 'barramundi' -  I had never heard of it before, but it is supposed to taste good too.  Anyone have any tips or recipes for barramundi?The article is here:  http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,2081796,00.html - I really need to read it again, there is lots of information in it.      Read more >
