After searching blogher relentlessly this morning I found that there was no group for moms/dads of preschoolers (or children 5 and under), which led me to create this group.

I'm seriously out of resources so I come to you, dear internet parenting community, for help. See, every now and then I buy cheese danish when grocery shopping, regardless of it's unhealthyness. I know it's completely saturated with fat, and really bad for us and our arteries, but I love it.

Hello everyone! My name is Kat, and I blog over at The Atomic Mom. I'm pretty new to the working mama circle, and just wanted to stop in to say hello, and introduce myself. I just started working full time last week, when I realized that I could no longer be a SAHM due to our budget. You cen read about that on my blog, but I won't get into it here.

I have lived through my first two weeks of having a job. It wasn't easy, and it's something I don't want to have to do for the rest of my life, but I have lived. Why do you have that look of surprise on your face? Well, thanks for your concern, but I'm doing just fine. We have amazing soft serve, and that makes it all worthwhile.

Ashley, the sometimes balmy and a tad-bit sarcastic mother of one dirty rotten boy and one sweet baby of the male species, blogs over at The Atomic Mom. Twenty-five years old, and living in a small village in Kentucky (population : 26), she spends a lot of her time pondering world views and forming opinions on subjects that really don't need her input. She tends to enjoy looking busy on the internets when really she's just catching up on her Google Reader, twittering, or on Facebook. Wanna know more? Really? You must be bored. Okay, well go here.

About Me Tags:
I spend most of my days covered in spit up or pee yelling at my five year old in the other room to turn the tv down!!!! I have always loved writing and my teenage obsession with dark poetry has blossomed into a full blown love affair with any type of literature. I love reading blogs and twittering, and spend too much of my daily life doing so.
