  1. You Need an HPV Test...and no, you're not too old!

We’ve all had the PAP tests since we can remember – or at least starting at puberty when those god-awful stirrups presented themselves in a sterile, hostile and authoritarian way. I dreaded those yearly appointments that seemed to pop up on the calendar more than I ever wanted.  Read more >

About Me:

I'm about revealing unspoken conversations that, when discovered, change how women see themselves, their wellbeing and their relationship to health.  It's not all about what we must do to be healthy...it's about self-acceptance, joy, relationships and how we want to take control of our wellbeing.   It's about abundance, not scarcity and how we find inspiration in our lives to look around the corner and see something new for ourselves.

My journey is revealed in a platform called Real Women on Health! which I created to empower women to be their own best health and wellness advocate.

Join us in our community here and here to listen to our radio shows to see how we can contribute.

Can't wait to hear your voice or read your comments!
