About Me: 

Welcome to my blog. I am looking to provide practical food and nutrition information to the readers.  My background includes experience working in a hospital as a clinical dietitian.  I also have expereince working in the food industry to provide guidance and solutions for developing healthier food and beverage options.  In addition, I have provided content and have been quoted in top publications, including: the L.A. Times, WebMD, CBS Radio, and Today’s Dietitian. My educatioal background includes a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition and an M.S. in Food Science. I am also a Registered Dietitian and a spokesperson for the the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
