I am a professional self-defense and personal safety instructor whos mission is to allow anyone/everyone the opportunity to learn life-saving self-defense techniques regardless of their scheduling/financial situations. To fulfill that mission I am providing information and instruction all over the internet and locally in Gainesville FL. My interactive online self-defense school allows women to login, learn at home with their friends at their convenience, and interact with their instructors online! I love my family, have a close relationship with God, and am a passionate individual. My dedication to helping others learn to defend themselves drives me constantly to teach and spread personal-safety information.
