I am a professional self-defense and personal safety instructor whos mission is to allow anyone/everyone the opportunity to learn life-saving self-defense techniques regardless of their scheduling/financial situations. To fulfill that mission I am providing information and instruction all over the internet and locally in Gainesville FL.
