Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Dana Cowin spent 2.5 Minutes With genConnect at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. She talked about the rise of the Classic and what was new at this year's event.

Prior to taking control of Food & Wine as editor-in-chief in 1995, Dana Cowin was the executive editor of Mademoiselle, managing editor of HG Magazine and associate editor of Vogue. Cowin has also been a guest judge on “Top Chef.”
