Chef José Andrés of ThinkFoodGroup spent 2.5 Minutes With genConnect at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. He talked about his new project, America Eats Tavern, which opened yesterday in partnership with and support of a National Archives exhibit, What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?.

Chef Andrés' ThinkFoodGroup operates a host of restaurants in Washington DC and California. Andrés won the James Beard Award for “Best Chef: Mid Atlantic” in 2003 and has been nominated for three other James Beard Awards. Andrés hosts and produces PBS’s “Made in Spain” and has appeared on numerous other TV shows including “Top Chef.”
