Paul Grieco, noted sommelier and co-owner of NYC wine bars and restaurants Hearth, Terroir and Terroir TriBeCa spent 2.5 Minutes With genConnect at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. He talked about why he thinks Rieslings are the best grapes, and the importance of wine education.

Paul Grieco has worked at Bouley, Gotham Bar and Grill, Gabriel's, JUdson Grill and Gramercy Tavern since coming onto the New York restaurant scene in 1991.
