Yesterday my husband, Randy, my son, Matthew, and I joined a team of wonderful (and fun!) folks, the "Lifesavers," and walked in the "Relay for Life" to benefit the American Cancer Society. What a terrific way to spend the day as a family — and to help kids learn the value of helping others.
Thanks to the generous folks who sponsored us in the Relay, our family raised $580 for cancer research. And the Lifesavers raised a whopping $28,000!
