Warming up Yoga Stretches.

I've been practicing yoga for many years, and it definately has changed my life for the better. It has helped to balance my mind and body. There are so many benefits.  Warming up before yoga or any type of exercise is important. You can improve circulation, increase body temperature and prevent possible injuries. If you're planning an intense body workout, it's beneficial to warm up your muscles, joints and ligaments. 

Warming up stretches are also great for those with any breathing problems or asthma. Stretching reduces occurence of such discomforts.

In the video below I'm demonstrating seven poses. These include:  neck, shoulde, wrist and ankle rotations, butterfly pose, lying pelvic twist and rocking horse.
