There are only three more baking days until Valentine's Day, so this is the weekend if you're going to make something sweet for your sweetie or some Valentine's treats for the kids. If you've failed to plan ahead, I recommend Valentine's Day cookies. They're quick to make, and you likely already have the ingredients in the house for most of these tasty cookie concoctions -- both chocolate and beyond.
