What Blogging Reveals to Me, About Me

Sometimes, God graciously rains down much sense into my life. For those of you who have read my previous posts you might think it's too little too late, but moments of brilliance, only definable as divine, come on occasion and this one is certainly too good to pass up.

I have re-read my previous posts and have discovered that I don't translate to print quite as well as I thought. My quirky sense of humor really comes across more as bizarre and angry than witty. Yep, I noticed too. But, before I throw in the towel I figured I could make a last ditch effort to see if this will work for me.

There are two areas in which I am gifted. Now, not in an amazingly extraordinary way, but this Preacher's Wife can hold her own in a - teaching her babies (aka: homeschooling) and b - teaching the Scriptures (aka: Sunday School). Now, there are gracious plenty moms who homeschool who have founded countless blogs on the internet, and while that aspect of my life is likely to infiltrate what I do write on occasion, maybe the Sunday School approach is where I should begin.

Beginning tomorrow, The Preacher's Wife, will begin a sort of teaching/devotion-ish blog. I'll try it and see if it works. First, be honest; if my blogging is utterly pathetic, please tell me so and I will turn in my user name and password. Secondly, if you have questions, feel free to ask. Profound Biblical scholar I am not, but I can usually find answers to the questions. :o)

So, here's to an ambitious task and braving the unknown.

Because I don't know any other way to be,

Meg
