I have a confession to make - I hate the winter holidays. No, I'm not a scrooge. I just hate the question "What do you want for Christmas?" When I say "I don't know" or "Nothing" the reaction from family members is not good, to put it mildly. As soon as Halloween passes, I begin to fret about who the first person will be to ask me this question and what I will say. As the weeks pass and I begin to hear the question more frequently, I begin to get very, very grouchy. Before I know it, I'm snapping at people I love and they are snapping back at me.
This year. I'm trying to do better.
I've blogged my holiday wish list and I'm going to send it to my family members before they can even ask the question. There's just one problem - there's not much on my list - or not much on my list that family members can actually gift me with. That's where YOU come in.
I hope you'll blog your own holiday wish lists and add them to the nifty widget found in the right side bar of the BlogHer Holiday Guide. I'm sure I'll get some great ideas from reading your lists and I can just keep updating my blog post as we move closer to the holidays... right? You can also grab the widget code and place the widget on your personal blog so that all of your blog readers can play along.
Are you game? Please say you are - I can use all of the help I can get!
