What I (Plan To Eat) Wednesday

Hey y'all! How is everyone?? Y'all failed me yesterday with that light citrus-y dressing!! Haha. I ended up having something completely different {and bad} yesterday: a baked sweet potato with real butter and a little blue cheese and ... icing. You heard me. I had some leftover icing and I ate a few spoonfuls! I really have no self-control, and I'm upset I cheated on my Lenten promise, but y'all, it was ah-mazing and hit the spot :/

Anyway, after having a pretty cruddy day yesterday, today already seems to be off to a good start, so I'm going to roll with it!

When I was packing my snacks and meals for the day, I remembered it's still February {hello, leap year}, so it's the last Veggie-Style WIAW. I knew I HAD to go out with a bang!!

AM Workout:

Tone It Up's Sandcastle Full Body Workout that I didn't do last night {shame on me!}

The KILLER Interval Workout K&K posted yesterday. I had to make a few changes, but hope to work up to doing it full out!! For the 10 minute of intervals, I jumped to the side 15 seconds, ran at 6 for 30 seconds and then sprinted for the last 15 seconds. Also for the cool down, I had to lower my speed to 3.5

I was DYING after and LOVED every second of it! This interval will DEF be staying in my rotation!

M1: 1 runny egg, 2 whites & spinach omelet with my Meta-D

M2: greek yogurt with apple & cinnamon {oh! and a coffee with about 2 tbsp almond milk and cinnamon!}

M3: salad beast! Arugula, carrots, tomatoes & shredded turkey breast topped with a little roasted tomato dressing

M4: kale chips {I burned them a little, but it was the last of my kale so I HAVE to eat them} & hummus

PM Workout: YOGA :)

M5: roasted brussels sprouts or arugula salad & tempeh or roast beef {roast beef isn't exactly TIU friendly, but with the half marathon coming up, I'm loading up on iron.}

Look at that! At least one serving of veggies {or fruit} at every meal. Go ahead, pat me on the back!!
