What I (Plan To Eat) Wednesday

Hey y'all! Thanks so much for all the love about my first half marathon! Y'all are the best! So like the past few Wednesday's this is another What I Plan To Eat Wednesday for Jen @ Peas and Crayon's WIAW Party! I usually plan my meals and workouts the morning of, but for today, I planned last night. 20120307-081601.jpg So here it goes ... AM Workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill doing a walking incline workout. It was EXACTLY what my little hips needed :) M1: Tone It Up's Slimdown Pancakes. I missed these babies and they are just as good as I remembered! 20120307-081811.jpg Slurp! M2: Greek yogurt with strawberries & chia seeds 20120307-083441.jpg M3: sweet potato & a bacon jalapeño burger I picked up from my local Whole Paycheck. 20120307-083607.jpg M4: it's a toss-up. Most likely a Luna bar. 20120307-083805.jpg ... But I have some roasted brussels sprouts in the fridge at work that may win! PM Workout: yesterday's TIU circuit and a killer TIU core workout that came with my TIU Nutrition Plan. M5: tempeh and the rest of my roasted brussels sprouts. 20120307-083716.jpg {I had the same meal earlier this week} I will say it is so nice not having to worry about fueling myself for a run! Haha. Don't get my wrong, but as I said yesterday, I'd be ok not eating anything to do with flour or dough for the rest of my life. That being said, I will have to suck it up and eat some in a little less than 1 month ... My sister and I are going to run the Crescent City Classic! I'm signing us up today. Hello, my name is Liz and I think I may be addicted to races. Plus now that I'm not longer concerned with fueling my body for 13.1 miles, I'm getting back on track with the Tone It Up plan! Too much weight has been gained on my part, so I'm ready for the pounds to start dropping again! Well I'm off to an appointment, but before I go, what is the beat thing you have eaten lately? What do you plan to eat today? Also, are you working out today? If so, what are you doing?
