What should I do?

Ok, I'm not really sure this is the right place to post this question as it has nothing to do with BlogHer per se, but I've gotten answers here before, so I thought I'd ask.  Please redirect me if there's a more appropriate place.

After getting great info about copyright issues (here again, thanks Denise)  I set up an alert thing on google  for my personal blog to see if anyone was using my content.  Until today it's just been hitting on words in my title, nothing actually mine.  Well, today I got an alert and an entire post of mine was on someone else's blog.  The title of the post is my blog title: my post title, otherwise no mention of me or link to my blog and they added a random image.  I really can't figure out the other blog's format or why my post was included at all. It really doesn't seem to fit with the other posts on the blog.

What do I do?  Do I leave a comment saying, hey, I wrote this.  Anyone with experience with this?

Thanks for any help.

Jessica
