Is it just me, or do others wonder why the Madonna's and the Bradjolina's of the world can't adopt children from their own countries? I know the U.S. has plenty to choose from, and I'm guessing the U.K. does as well. Why is it they feel the need to travel to other continents to adopt? If I was an orphan in either one of these countries, I would be even more heartbroken to learn that such high-profile people would intentionally look to another country for a child to love and adopt. Just my 2-cents worth.
