Who does Fat and Ugly really hurt?
I recently went on a rant about my hate of the phrase fat and ugly in my bog post I Am Fat and Beautiful.
Some of the comments on that post made me think about just how much we say that about ourselves and who we are really hurting when we say it. Misery, self-pity, and self-hatred are very selfish things...but we don't live in a vaccum. We think we aren't hurting anyone but ourselves, but is that really true?
I go into my thoughts on the subject on the Curvalicious Living Magazine website in my post: Who are you really damaging when you say fat and ugly?
