Who Doesn't Like Brussels Sprouts?
By MotherRimmy on January 24, 2010
You know how people are always joking about Brussels sprouts? How much they hate them? How smelly they are? I find this supposed hatred for Brussels sprouts interesting because I posted a Brussels sprouts recipe on my blog that generated the most comments in the history of the blog.
While I admit, cooking them can be kind of stinky, they taste wonderful roasted, sauted, and steamed. I’ve often had someone walk in the house and shout “What are you cooking! It smells horrible!” However, when their dinner is served with a side of tender roasted sprouts, they quickly change their tune.
So in the interest of promoting these healthy little cabbages since they are in season, therefore, very cheap, I’m passing along some of my favorite recipes.
