WHOLE 3 - Starting January 1 - 2014
Off to a good start, breakfast spinach omelette with ham off the bone, an apricot and a peach. Then I had 4 hours cleaning and sorting the garden sheds.
What a mission - also managed to get a bit of gardening done before a late lunch of juice (yes not really Whole30 but it was so stinking hot and it was quick and easy to prep)orange, apple, carrot and ginger with a banana and a handful of nuts. Then a half hour of leisurely laps, a photo and measurement session (OMFG I have put on 4kilos over December plus its TTOTM so I look and feel huge). Dinner of raw spinach, cucumber, avocado, green grapes, ham, paleo mayo and chopped dill pickle. I didn't meet all the targets I set in regard to the Whole9 but its day 1 so i am not going to beat myself up over it.
