Whole Iron Woman

Whole Iron Woman is a healthy living and fitness blog which documents the life and training of an age-grouper triathlete.  Emily founded her blog while training for her first half-Ironman (completed in July 2011), but it has grown to include tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as the humorous side of being an endurance athlete.  Emily has completed numerous triathlons ranging from sprint distance to half-Ironman.  She has a love/hate relationship with her bike, but she's hopeful they'll eventually find some common ground.  In addition to her love of triathlon, Emily is also an avid runner.  She has completed 10 half marathons and one marathon, and is currently training for her second of those.
