Whoop Whoop, it’s Friday! :)

We all made it through another week! Congrats blog friends :) After yesterday’s frustrating car issues, I relaxed while watching a couple Oprah episodes… the Justin Beiber one (seriously… he is such a cute kid… I either have a little crush, or just want to pinch his cheeks and give him a piece of candy!) and the one with the Twilight cast.  Ok, someone help me out. I don’t get all the craziness about Twilight… do I need to read the books? Are you a twi-hard?  I feel so left out.

Anyways, this morning I woke up feeling rested and ready for the weekend. I had a pretty usual breakfast… 2 scrambled egg whites with veggies and Jacks, 1/2 an AST with PB&Co Cinnamon Raisin Swirl and a sliced pear.  Actually, I struggled with cracking eggs this morning, so I guess I have about 1/2 yolk thrown in there too.

Also, for some reason coffee did not sound good this morning at. all.  So I had water with lemon instead.

On a side note, one ‘weight loss trick’ I had always known, but thought I made up in my head has been popping up everywhere lately....
