Busyness is the excuse we use for not creating the life we want. It's an acceptable form of distraction and self-abuse. Yet...you can see the cycle for what it is and do something about it. Love this post because it gets real and honest about busyness as a form of laziness.

Kel and I both collect quotes, and we often share them with each other. When she sent me this one, I had two thoughts fly through my head:
I’m not that busy
Ooh. Them’s fightin’ words.
The first statement is a lie, and the second one…well, maybe they are “fightin’ words” because this quote hits a nerve. How can one be both busy AND lazy?
