We gather near the front desk and talk gossip, celebrity gossip, we're reasonably good at guessing at what type of training they're doing, etc.  We talk about the Biggest Loser quite a bit and we shake our heads a lot.  I just found out that the certifications that Bob and Jillian have are pretty bare-bones.  They wouldn't be qualified to work in my health club.
