Waving the White Flag: Don't Make Postpartum Depression a Taboo Topic

We need to be strong together. We need to be friends, unconditionally. We need to be able to talk, cry, laugh, scream when we need it. We need to find sympathy and empathy and a shoulder to lean on when times are tough. We need each other. We need to dispel the belief that there should ever be a ‘taboo’ topic when it comes to sharing with one another.

Nothing should ever be taboo. Especially when it comes to friendship.
