WIAW & Tone It Up Update!

Hey y'all! Happy Hump Day! Hope y'all are having a great week so far.

Hump Day = Wednesday = What I Ate Wednesday Party!

Thanks Jenn for hosting yet another super fun WIAW party!

So here is what I have planned to eat today ...

Meal 1: Tone It Up's protein pancake

Meal 2: Greek yogurt {un-pictured because it's already at work} & blueberries

Meal 3: Massaged kale salad & vegetable burger with ketchup {un-pictured}

Sydney wanted some ...

Meal 4: Kale chips {yes, I'm on a kale kick!}

Meal 5: Roasted brussels sprouts and carrots with a turkey burger

It's a good amount of food, but after a 50 minute run and 40 minute full body workout with a stability ball, my body needs and deserves the fuel :)

So this past Saturday was my two-week mark on the Tone It Up diet. I'm still seeing big {in my opinion} results and I absolutely love it!

Weight loss this week: 1.6 lbs

Total weight loss: 5.4 lbs

Pounds left: 8.2 lbs

Inches lost this week: 2.5 inches

Total inches lost: 3.7 inches

I'm not going to lie though, even seeing these results and getting excited, I have struggled this week. Sunday through yesterday, I was really good and on track during the day. It's just the evenings that are hard for me.

These last few evenings I have eaten things I shouldn't have and skipped my workouts. Ekk!

The root of the problem, in my opinion, is that I have a lot to do but am at a stand-still as to where to start. In a nutshell, I'm a bit overwhelmed. Last night I started to work on my to-do list, and honestly feel so much better!

Hopefully it's a sign that I'm back on track!

I'm not going to lie, I'm super excited about my kale chips snack! I ate half last night and am counting down until I finish them today!
