Wild, free and wise women play and have fun in New York

Gain The Inside Advantage

Live More Deeply, Joyfully, and Successfully

Welcome! DSC00481It's almost spring! Yea!!!

IMG_6629Can you use your imagination to remember what it feels like to feel cool rather than cold? Can you picture blooming flowers instead of snow and ice? Before you know it you'll be basking in the warm sunlight and cool breezes, with green grass and flowers everywhere. Hold that thought to help get you through the rest of the winter. Time flies pretty fast, so hang on…

DSC00969No matter what time of year, it’s important to our mental and physical health to take occasional breaks—to stop and smell the roses.   (Here at the NY Botanical Garden)

With all the stress of old man winter and all the hard work we put in, maybe we need to be making plans for something that we can look forward to—whatever will lift us up with anticipation and get us excited in the present moment. It could be simply a picnic in the park, or a hike in the mountains, going somewhere to help you relax and get in touch with nature. Maybe you'd like to visit a place you've never been, or take a nostalgic trip to a place you enjoyed before.

???????????????????????????????I’ve done just that. This spring a small group of women will be joining me in New York City for what I call a Wild, Free and Wise™ Playshop (so much more fun than a workshop). It’s an informal weekend gathering for the purpose of simply having fun—living more deeply, joyfully, and successfully. Skipping rope in Central Park relieves stress and makes me and everyone else laugh.

This special event takes place from Friday evening through Monday morning, May 2 – 5, 2014. We still have room for a few more wild, free, and wise women. Check out the details on CWLauro.com.

Blessings, Love & Light,
