Wild Things RUN Free

I’m just an awkward 20-something gal. I just recently moved to Maryland from New York with the one true love of my existence. I’m training for my first Half-Marathon coming up this Spring. I’m a Culinary graduate & brand new Nutrition Consultant. Newly engaged, planning a wedding for Summer, 2013. One day I will be a multi-marathoner. I’m addicted to red wine, cooking, traveling, photography, pilates & laughter. These are the tales of my life as a runner. A traveler. A lover. A quirky & blunt woman taking on the world one day at a time.

Last year I started running because I had to... Today, I continue running becasue I love it!

The rest, well the rest is history. It’s ever growing & it consumes me day in and day out. Running — it will be with me for the long haul.

I’m not fast. I’m not in it to win it.. Though I hope to some day be a fast runner, I’m perfectly okay with the fact that when I go over 10km I use the Run/Walk/Run approach. Some of the best runners in the world have used that way of training at some point or another! There’s no shame in my game, & there shouldn’t be in yours!
