A Wilderness Winter Hike

Saturday was a gorgeous day and I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to step away from my desk to enjoy it. The Mountain Boy and I were supposed to be making a trek to the library which is a 10 mile round trip, but he was under the weather last week and wasn’t up to joining me.
My furry children and I headed out for an amazing hike. Roughly 5 miles in the deep snow made for a good workout and certainly tired out my companions.
I promised pictures, but I was able to do better… I returned with some amazing pictures as well as a video. Forgive my tackiness… I am still working out using all my gear…

So here is a small taste of the beauty in my area and the simple pleasures I find while out in the wilderness. I hope you enjoyed and I hope to get out sooner than later to show you even more…
Blessings… <3 MWJ
