Women Move The World
By NurseBarb on August 19, 2011
I recently attended an event where Dana Delany spoke. She was inspiring, passionate and is a strong advocate for women's health. Now she's teamed up with Caltrate, the leading calcium and vitamin D supplement to launch ‘Women Move the World’ celebrating the physical and emotional strength and accomplishments of women everywhere. Caltrate is also a national sponsor of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, as part of their shared mission to keep women healthy and moving. It's a great partnership that emphasizes health, movement for all women.
As part of this, Dana wants to hear from you about women who inspire you and Move the World. You can share your story and have a chance to appear in next year's Caltrate advertising campaign, by visiting: www.facebook.com/Caltrate.
As part of their commitment to women's heatlh, you'll find Caltrate booths at local Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure events taking place throughout the country and can share your story or read others there. I'm thinking about some of the amazing women I've met who work in hospitals, clinics, schools, those that teach, nurture and volunteer all to Move the World. I hope to read your stories there.
(Disclosure: I do not have any financial ties to Caltrate or Susan G. Komen)
