September 22, 2007 is World Car Free Day. To celebrate, I can ride the city bus to work if I call in now to say I'll be a little late for work. My co-workers and I tried to convince the administration that occasionally working from home would be environmentally friendly and the right thing to do. Interesting. I wonder if we can go car free for one day? Not if it is a Monday, unfortunately. Hmm it's a Saturday - probably doable. Oh wait, synchronized swimming. Hmmm. I'll think about this. Surely there is a solution.
