Write While You Run. The Easiest Way to Be Smarter and More Creative

Have you ever noticed how much clearer your thinking is when you exercise? When I run and I focus on a speech I have to write, or a paper or a presentation, I come up with much more articulate thoughts than I do when I'm sitting at my desk.

The fact is that there is science that proves the connection between brain function and moderate exercise. Don't take my word for it. Just give it a try. Go out for a walk at a moderate speed and think about any writing you have to do. Or think about something you need to tell someone but aren't sure just how to put it. Think about anything that requires clear and articulate thought.

Enjoy the brain boost. Be sure to write down your thoughts as soon as you get home though. That brain boost may be just temporary!
