Yoga- Feed your soul and your body with the right thing

As Yoga regards the body as a vehicle for the soul on its journey towards perfection, Yogic physical exercises are designed to develop not only the body. They also broaden the mental faculties and the spiritual capacities.

Others have a more spiritual angle, while others are used it as a form of exercise. Once you take up yoga, you need to learn a series of beginner poses to take part in the exercise. Most of these poses are simple and require a moderate amount of flexibility on your part. There are two descriptions of the 26 exercises and they are asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), both of which rely on each other to deliver positive results. According to Bikram, many people only use up to 50 percent of their lung capacity, and just like any muscle, the lungs must be stretched and with time will be able to withstand holding more oxygen.

Step 1 is a pose called pose preliminary half-lotus flower (Purva Ardha Padmasana), which is a preparatory exercise for Ardha Padmasana. At first, you may experience pain in the knees and can be able to post only a foot comfortably on the thigh. Proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation. The asana (postures) practice is based on 12 basic poses, and Sivananda classes usually also include chanting, breathwork, and meditation. It is a good yoga exercise to train the shoulderblades on proper positioning in relation to the spine. Return to a resting position, such as Child's Pose, after practice of this asana is recommended.
