Is Your Family Getting 3-A-Day™ of Dairy?

Check out our meal plans, recipes, and more!

Dairy foods are part of a healthy diet, yet most Americans don’t get enough. The Dietary Guidelines encourage children and adults to enjoy 3 servings of low-fat or fat-free milk, cheese or yogurt each day as part of a healthy diet.

So, we’re here to help show you how easily you can change that for yourself and your family. BlogHer has recruited some of your favorite bloggers to create fabulously delicious, nutritious and easy meal plans that will ensure that you and yours get 3-A-Day™ of Dairy.

Each week, for the next four weeks, we’ll present daily meal plans plus handy shopping lists to make feeding your family a breeze. You’ll find fun and interesting new ways to incorporate low-fat or fat-free milk, cheese and yogurt into your family's diet – especially at breakfast with the weekend brunch recipes! So dig in and enjoy. And be sure to check back each week for new recipes, plans and more.

Great Timing

Thank you for this...the timing couldn't be better.  We are in the midst of a nutrition overhaul of sorts in my house, and we are definitely aiming to eat in more.  The breakfast wraps do look awesome.

I think our biggest challenge will be getting our little people to try and eat vegetables that are not carrots, corn, or something dipped in generous amounts of ranch dressing.  Any tips?
