Hi Garianne! Tell us a little about yourself and your mission behind the blog.
Hi! My name is Garianne. I’m the author behind the blog, The Peachy Prodigy and social account for @thepeachyprodigy. I’m always trying out quick, easy, healthy, and tasty recipes. The Peachy Prodigy is designed to help individuals grow to the best they can be. I’m extremely passionate about helping people find confidence to make healthy choices by providing information through my recipes and sharing a bit about my personal life as well.

What tools or resources do you use that help with your blog?
1. Akismet plugin : helps filter out spammers
2. WP Recipe Maker : easiest way to plugin recipes
3. SHE media : has helped me understand website format + is always there when I have any questions!
What do you focus on most when it comes to creating content?
I try to get creative with everything I post! I love for my feed to blend nicely and look professional but I also never want two posts to be the same. When it comes to the actual image I focus on good quality of the photo, informative caption, and proper tag!
Share with us any goals you have for 2020.
I have lots of goals for 2020 BUT most of them are secret for now.. I plan to share soon but not yet!
What’s the biggest lesson you learned in 2019?
I think not knowing my worth and letting people take advantage of my work. I love to help people which makes it hard to weave out what brands truly recognize me for what I put out in the space and those who just use me to get noticed or try to weasel down pricing.
Any tips you want to share with bloggers just starting out?
1. It’s not easy, be patient with yourself.
2. Don’t work with brands or follow certain trends just because other bloggers are.
3. Always stay true to yourself.
What’s your favorite book?
Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss
Where is your favorite place to travel?
Hawaii, hands down.
What are your 3 favorite healthy recipes?
1. Coconut curry cauliflower over coconut lime rice: the best dinner recipe!
2. Vegan Banana Bread: perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a post dinner snack!
3. Vegan/Gluten-Free S’more Blondies: one of my most popular recipes to date!
What celebrity chef would you most like to co-brand a product with?
Bobby Flay! I am obsessed with his work.
What is your favorite thing about blogging? Least favorite?
My favorite thing about blogging is that I get to do what I LOVE and share my voice. My least favorite thing about blogging would be staring at a screen all day!
Your favorite blogging myth?
“Influencing is way easier than a 9-5” coming from someone who worked 9-5 jobs her entire life until starting my own blog/business – NOT TRUE. In fact, I think it’s much harder.
What are you most looking forward to in 2020?
There is nothing I love more than learning and expanding my mindset. I feel 2020 is going to be filled with new opportunities and growth – I’m really looking forward to seeing where it takes me! Also, I’m getting married in June!
Thanks, Garianne, congrats on the wedding! We’ve enjoyed getting to know you and your brand better and can’t wait to see what exciting things you do in 2020! And don’t forget the check out The Peachy Prodigy Instagram account, where healthy, delicious and picture-worthy plates collide into one.
