Less than three months until BlogHer Health and we could not be happier to announce that Katrina Scott and Karena Dawn, founders of Tone It Up, will be joining us on the main stage! Kicking off our #WinningWomen segment, this dynamic duo will share how they have built a thriving business, a renowned brand, and most notably, an engaged community of millions of empowered, strong women.
After a serendipitous meeting at their gym in Manhattan Beach California, Katrina and Karena took their mutual passion for fitness and created a healthy lifestyle brand and community of women around the world. With only $3000 to fund their workout videos nearly ten years ago, Tone It Up is now the leading fitness community for women with daily workouts on the Studio Tone It Up App, the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, a successful line of healthy protein and fitness products, live fitness events, and most of all, a unique community of women supporting each other through wellness — a sentiment that rings true to the BlogHer Health ethos.  Despite the tremendous growth of their business over the past nine years, the focus on community and sisterhood has remained the focal point of the Tone It Up brand, and we can’t wait to welcome them to BlogHer Health this January in their hometown of Los Angeles.
Furthermore, in addition to anchoring our #WinningWomen segment on Day 2, there will also be a special Studio Tone It Up workout during our kick-off party on Day 1. Stay tuned for details on how to secure a spot!
