Lo Bosworth, Founder, Love Wellness | Lauren Bosworth, the 32-year-old entrepreneur behind the inclusive feminine healthcare brand Love Wellness could be the poster child on how to leverage a platform. Bosworth fled “The Hills” and her life as a reality TV star in favor of shifting her focus on creating and running a feminine care brand which is for women and by women. After having some health issues herself, Lauren realized there was a lack of innovation in non-prescription women’s health care products and Love Wellness was born in 2016. Love Wellness aims to give women their power back, shifting the tone of the packaging and product messaging to one with empowerment in mind. The line consists of personal care products such as cleansers and 7 supplements including probiotics that are natural and organic. Bosworth is seeking to change the narrative surrounding how women feel purchasing products meant for their own self care.
Grace Atwood, Founder, The Stripe | Grace Atwood is the founder + voice behind The Stripe. She is also the co-host of podcast, Bad on Paper. Currently based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; Grace grew up on Cape Cod, which she credits for her love of the ocean (and probably a nautical stripe or two). The blog began in January of 2010 (originally Stripes & Sequins), born out of a love of fashion, beauty, and making. Prior to running this site full time, Grace was the director of social media for BaubleBar. Before that, she worked in marketing for Procter & Gamble and Coty. She is a proud member of the Sephora Squad and in 2019 she was named one of The Daily Front Row‘s 50 names to know right now. Outside of work, Grace’s passions include yoga, reading, her Persian cat Tyrion and exploring everything New York and Brooklyn have to offer.
Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton, Founder, Chillhouse | Born and raised in New York City, Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton is an entrepreneur with a creative vision who has made a name for herself in the lifestyle, fashion and hospitality industries though her award-winning website Taste The Style, and as a partner of The Garret in New York City. Along with her husband and co-founder, Ramirez sought out to change the relaxation landscape with her latest project, Chillhouse. Prior to starting her own businesses, Ramirez worked as the Brand Director of Third Wave Fashion, a fashion tech consultancy. From there she built her media company, which has since been honored with an award for “Best Lifestyle Blog” by Bloglovin’. She is a 2017 Shorty Award nominee, a recipient of Nylon’s 2018 Beauty Innovator award, and has appeared in advertising campaigns for Nike, Fossil, VINCE, amongst others. Additionally, she has been featured in top-tier publications such as WWD, Glamour, Teen People, Vogue, Martha Stewart, People En Español and more.
Nikki Brown, Senior Beauty Editor, StyleCaster | Nikki Brown is the Senior Beauty Editor for StyleCaster. Since moving to New York City six years ago, she has worked with Vibe, StyleBlazer, PopSugar, Racked and ESSENCE, armed with a fierce dedication to the inclusion of PoC in all of her content. In addition to her work in the beauty space, Nikki takes copious amounts of hot yoga classes and hopes to get her certification in perfumery by year’s end.
Enid Hwang, Community Manager, Pinterest | Enid Hwang has worked in communications at Pinterest since 2011 when she was the sixth employee and first woman hired at the company. As Pinterest has grown to more than 250 million monthly active users around the world, she’s led community-building with Pinners and influencers, policy and user-support, and has helped bring some of Pinners’ top-requested features to life along the way. For three years, she was also a core part of company internationalization efforts, leading landing teams in the UK and France, establishing local teams in five countries and heading global community efforts. She lives in Brooklyn and will talk to your pet like it’s a human.
Justine Goodman, Editor-In-Chief, SHE Media | Justine Goodman is Editor in Chief of SHE Media, where she oversees editorial content and strategy at SheKnows.com and StyleCaster.com.
