We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Jana Kramer to the #BlogHer fam! As a super-mom, singer, actress, podcast host of Whine Down with Jana & Mike, and co-founder of Moms and Babes Box, Jana truly embodies the delicate balance of personal and professional life, and how they can be combined! The country-crooner has been hustling since her role on One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre – with a hottie husband whom she shares a podcast with, two kids, and a booming career to prove it.
Jana’s podcast, Whine Down with Jana & Mike, is hosted by our speaker and her husband, a match made to be seen (and heard!) It’s a super fun, conversational podcast where the pair — well, whine down. One of their latest episodes features the couple talking through a recent fight they had — with the company of relationship expert and author, Jancee Dunn. Jana has done it all — from singing, acting, divorcing, mothering, re-marrying, starting a business — hearing her words of wisdom on basically every topic under the sun is seriously comforting with a touch of hilariousness.
She’s got the boy, and the business! Jana’s subscription service, Moms and Babes Box (which she started with partner and bestie Sarah Boyd) is the only box subscription that focuses on babies and their devoted, exhausted moms. Each box features some of Sarah and Jana’s favorite products to help kiddos learn, play and grow — alongside some full-sized, awesome products to help moms destress and “whine down” (see what I did there?)

Like the rest of us, Jana’s had to deal with the fallout from COVID-19 fears, too. She recently became an advocate for practicing social distancing and heeding the CDC’s travel warnings after taking a risk and traveling to Canada with her family. She learned her lesson the hard way and luckily was able to get home to the states just in time. Since then, Jana has been serving some seriously cute, very real content about parenting while quarantining!
We’re so looking forward to having this multi-tasking mama on our first-ever digital stage. We can’t wait to hear her thoughts on starting and establishing a podcast, founding and supporting your own business, working with your spouse, following your dreams, watching your kids grow and doing your best to have it all. Jana Kramer is an American actress and an ACM award-winning country music singer. She is known for her role as Alex Dupre on the television series One Tree Hill. Kramer began her musical career in 2012 releasing her debut album Jana Kramer followed by her sophomore album Thirty One in 2015. In May 2019, Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin launched a podcast with iHeartRadio Whine Down with Jana and Mike, where they share advice and chats everything from motherhood, relationships and beyond. The People Choice Award-nominated podcast has become a staple for the couple, which they have also turned into a live variety show throughout 2019 and 2020. The couple resides in Nashville with their two children Jolie and Jace.
