This isn’t working for me. _ Are you someone that says these 5 words to yourself a lot? I know it comes up a lot in this community, feeling like nothing is working, we’re failing. We’ve tried everything and..nothing is changing. _ When I hear this from people I get curious… I think…what would come up if they asked themself the following questions? _ how is saying this to myself benefiting me? How is that thought serving me? What is the pay off of thoughts like that? _ Perhaps it’s benefiting that part of you that doesn’t feel worthy. That feels like you need to stay small. Which makes sense bc there’s always a part of a lot of us deep down that doesn’t feel worthy of success when we’re chasing a dream. _ Perhaps it’s benefiting you not taking full responsibility for your own life and choices. Which is a very common feeling that a lot of people connect with. It’s much easier to blame someone or something else than it is to try and change, especially when we feel like change is impossible. _ Perhaps it’s benefiting that part of you that would rather stay comfortable instead of stretching yourself to new heights. Why? Because it’s really uncomfortable and flip pin’ hard to stretch and grow! It’s much easier to just stay comfy. We all can relate to that. _ Its normal. we are human and we all have these thoughts in our head that are masking the fears of not being good enough, of not feeling worthy of truly living the life we want. _ But we don’t have to believe these thoughts. Our circumstances may be what they are (facts are facts) but how we choose to think and feel about those circumstances is 100% our choice and 100% our responsibility. _ There’s always choices. Just remember that! 🙂 _ If you are someone who can relate to this, let us know. You never know whose life you could impact today. Xoxo
