A Toast to Sarah Jessica Parker at #BlogHer19 Creators Summit

Sex and the City fans, rejoice! Actor, designer and wine lover (in no particular order) Sarah Jessica Parker will be debuting her new Sauvignon Blanc wine partnership “INVIVO X, SJP” at #BlogHer19 Creators Summit. What can’t SJP do?
#BlogHer attendees will be among the first to try the Invivo & Co wine, which will hit wine stores nationally and globally on of our Summit. We are thrilled that Sarah Jessica has chosen to visit us on the day of her launch, and we look forward to her interview on our main stage with SHE Media’s CEO Samantha Skey at 3:30pm on September 18th.
A passionately creative person, Sarah Jessica Parker participated in naming the wine and designing the label, and of course, taste testing! The label includes Sarah Jessica’s signature X and the comma directly after it, an intentional and personal touch, referencing her email and Instagram post sign-off: “X, SJ.” She also hand-painted the X on the original labels and found teal paint to match the exact shade of one of her favorite satin shoes, “Hamilton”, from her SJP Collection label. Watch a sneak peek from SJP’s wine blending session below!

There’s also no better pairing (get it?) than SJP and #BlogHer. Sarah Jessica has always embraced the creative arts, starting her career on Broadway at the age of 11. She starred in the title role of the Broadway musical Annie and continued her impressive acting career in multiple television shows and films including fan favorites Hocus Pocus, The First Wives Club, and of course, Sex and the City. She’s won 4 Golden Globes, 2 Emmys, and 2 Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her entrepreneurial spirit has opened up the door to other ventures, including her shoe line, SJP Collection, which recently donated 5,000 shoes to raise funds for the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her heart is even more beautiful than her footwear!
Sarah Jessica Parker is also the star and executive producer of “Divorce,” which just finished its third and final season on HBO, and just announced that she and her husband, Matthew Broderick will star in a revival of one of the great American comedies, “Plaza Suite” by Neil Simon, set to premiere on Broadway at the Hudson Theater in March 2020.

About Invivo
Invivo’s mission is to bring people together so great things can happen. Invivo has been described as “New Zealand’s most innovative winery.” Founded in 2008 by school friends Tim Lightbourne and winemaker Rob Cameron, Invivo set out to make great wine without the elitist attitude the industry can be known for, they believe that nothing should stand in the way of a great drink. 11 years later, the formula has been a success, with their wines receiving over 200 international wine show medals, distribution in 16 countries and sales of over 3,500,000 bottles. Invivo has also recently released a Gin brand in partnership with Graham Norton. Invivo has played a role in helping New Zealand become the 3rd largest importer of wine into the US (by value) behind France and Italy. USA is New Zealand’s largest export market for wine with $422 million USD in sales. This is an impressive statistic considering that NZ produces less than 1% of all the world’s wine.
