There are a couple of things I always do at the start of a new year. One of them is revamping my workspace. Normally, this would exist outside my home but since the two are now one and the same, this annual ritual truly feels like a fresh start. After quite a few bumps in the road, I’ve learned just how important it is to designate and separate home and work. In other words, I had to stop bringing my laptop into the bed or on the couch. Now, the foldable desk in my living room is reserved for getting sh*t done and over the months, I’ve added quite a few unique office supplies to keep me motivated and inspired.
Sandwiched in between the basic essentials like my laptop and planner are other knick-knacks and secretly useful things that keep me from getting overly distracted. If your space could use its own makeover, here are some more of my favorite finds that are both stylish and efficient.
In addition to carrying Post-Its, this tower can also display meaningful photos and daily reminders.
